Armed soldiers are guarding these emmitter van on the Quinault Ride. A sign is posted saying you will be shot if you stop. This was discovered yesterday12/11/19.

Electronic warfare is
happening here but it was not suppose to be like this. We were all told
that the truck would leave if people were around. We were told that the
vans would be staffed by non-military personel.
The USFS official responsible for all this is Dean Millett who was also found guilty/negligent for not informing US of the original plans in the permit process. HE found no environment impact. He did not do his job. We feel this may all be a cover-up combining geo-engineering experiments.. We feel certain this is harmful to the glaciers here and mirrors their decline.
